Are you craving something sweet right now? Of course, it’s that time of the year when we all need to replenish our stores of comfort and joy as winter really settles in. And that’s especially true this year, for reasons that we’re all too familiar with. So to do our part in lifting spirits, we’re at long last offering our Coffee Pecan Toffee and Toffee Crumbles. We’ve been making this toffee since 1994 when we first opened the doors of our restaurant in Anguilla, and our guests have been begging us to package it ever since. What makes it so irresistible is the crunch of fresh pecans mixed with rich, dark roast coffee beans. To top it off, we add a thin, crackly layer of fine chocolate. Yumm!
We think the toffee is perfect as a snack right from the jar and the crumbles are simply the best topping for a bowl of ice cream. For us, living what we love means making sure our restaurant guests come away with unforgettable memories. Let us know how you like it!

Hello Bob and Mel,
I received your new book in the mail just last night. This morning I found myself at half way already.
A few years back I was working as a Private Investigator. I came across a used copy of Trip to the Beach. I was in plain clothes on patrol for people stealing. I flipped open the book and came to the balloon chocolate coconut recipe. I starting reading the book right there in the middles of the store. It was my way of blending in. lol I bought the book and came home and finished it by the next day. I loved it and wrote in when your second book was being published. I believe you both were coming to a book signing in Toronto but I was unable to make it.
I am now working for a Travel Agency called Tripcentral.ca. I recently booked
a couple from Hamilton, On. to St. Marten. There names are Nancy and Tom. I told her all about your books and the restaurant. She was going out that week to buy them before she goes down in Feb. I told her she has to do a day trip over and tell me all about it. Maybe you will run into her. I love the books and continue to tell everyone about them because they are that great. You both are truly an inspiration.
