They are like therapy. I am 52 yr have 4 children ages 25 to 8. My husband and I have owned our own commerical flooring business ( which has been very successful) for 25 years. We both want to do something else. His family was always in the resturant business. We are use to working many hours. But would love to do what we like. I love to cook but have never had any education. Only 4 children to cook for. We dont know where to start. to buy existing, to start from scratch. any words of wisdom? Picking up pine cones, playing in the leaves, watching a stream trickle through the woods all made her very happy. (Okay, she liked going for ice cream too - but that goes without saying, right?) My desk is situated at a bay window overlooking a small lake. I often watch wild geese, herons, turtles, ducks, beavers and various birds and squirrels from my window.
